Ubertas Wines offers a beautiful venue, vineyard and balcony view for a small group wine tasting.15 people Maximum. Wine tasting takes between 45-60 mins.

The Mataro was planted in 1912 as dry-grown bush vine. Mataro is one of most resilient Variety that adopt Barossa Valley floor very well.

The Maze has changed the landscape dramatically. The Maze also integrated the cellar door and vineyard perfectly.

In 2017, Ubertas Wines invested in a new weed-slasher. This is exciting for the future of our wines for multiple reasons. By using this new machine, we can control the grass and weeds around our vines much more consistently.

In pruning season, we use the biodynamic certified paste to seal new fresh cuts to minimise the risk of fungal disease infection, especially Eutypa. Once vines are infected by Eutypa, vines will start to show some dieback wood, eventually, vines will die off.
