Returns & Refunds:
Due to the nature of wine products, we do not offer returns for change of mind. However, if your wine arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
- The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
- Photo evidence of damage or error must be provided.

Shipping Costs:
